In addition to the favourite Filosophy series, Ioniki follows consumer trends and launches the new Filosophy Plant – Based series which was created in order to travel deliciously all those who choose this new alternative diet consisting of vegan ingredients of alpha quality or of plant-based materials such as the new bougatsa with Plant-Based minced meat in exclusive collaboration with Beyond Meat.
This new range comes dynamically to consolidate at the top with the creation of four new plant-based yeast products with top filling from vegetable sausage rich in protein, vegetable cheese from coconut oil and Bougatsa Plant-based minced meat. There is also the choice of Pizza with plant-based cheese and Pepperoni plant origin high in protein. Furthermore, you don't have to be vegan and follow an alternative diet, to taste the Filosophy Plant – based products.

Baking instructions
- Preheat the oven at 210°C.
- Remove the products from the freezer and place them on a non-stick metal tray by leaving enough spaces between them.
- Defrosting is not required. Bake for 15±5 minutes.
- After 10 minutes of baking stab with a knife the pie in several points.
- As soon as the pie gets gold, more or less in 30 minutes of baking, turn it up-side-down, stab it again and let it get gold on both sides.
Adjust baking time and temperature as needed, depending on the type of oven and the quantity of the products you bake in it.
Caution: Do not microwave the product.
Once you defrost the product, you must NOT refreeze
