Tzatziki is the most famous appetizer in Greek cuisine. Greek tzatziki is a very tasty dip made from strained yoghurt (from sheep’s milk), fresh cucumber cut into cubes or slivers, garlic, salt and olive oil. Its refreshing flavour is the ideal accompaniment to many different types foods, like fried courgettes and fried potatoes and it is a key ingredient in the beloved Greek pita bread with souvlaki, kebab or gyro.

Ingredients: Strained yoghurt (full-fat Greek yogurt from sheep’s milk), cucumber, garlic powder, salt, olive oil, vinegar.
