“GR•EAT” Taramas – Greek Fish Roe Salad 500g
The Tarama dip is made from cod roe mixed with stale bread or mashed potato, olive oil and lemon juice. It has a creamy texture and can be pink or white, depending on the colour of the roe used. It is an excellent side dish and a prefect dip in combination with other appetizers. In Greece, it is often consumed during periods of fasting due to its dairy-free content.
