This type of pastry owes its puffiness to the air captured between the many buttered folding during baking time. Watch the magic grow in your oven, and let it ”puff up” in your mouth. With this traditional recipe, feta cheese minis will become your irresistible pleasure at every bite. Their mini size makes them an ideal snack for any time of day.



Dough 70%

Wheat flour from E.U., water, vegetable margarine [non-hydrogenated vegetable oils (sunflower oil, cottonseed oil, corn oil) and non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm oil, palm kernel oil), water, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), colour (beta-carotene), flavouring], vegetable margarine with butter [partially hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm oil) and vegetable oils (cottonseed oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), milk butter 5%, colour (beta-carotene), salt, sugar, sunflower lecithin powder.

Filling 30%

Water, whey cheese (myzithra) 25.5%, white cheese 24.5%, wheat semolina, feta cheese 5%, modified starch, corn semolina, salt, black pepper.





Baking instructions

  • Preheat oven at 185°C.
  • Remove mini puff pastry pies from freezer.
  • Put them individually on baking paper.
  • Optionally smear the products with egg and bake them for 15-20 minutes without defrosting.
  • Adjust baking time and temperature as needed, depending on oven operation.

Caution: Do not microwave the product.

Once you defrost the product, you must NOT refreeze it.
