Each product of the Sary butcher shops is accompanied by a very interesting story that travels from the Karamanlides of Cappadocia and from a small household in Agiasi of Adana to the foothills of Falakro in Prosotsani, Drama. For 120 years, the Sariboya family has kept the recipe for cold cuts that evoke memories of another era. Pure materials, authentic Cappadocian taste with endless doses of delivery. This is the recipe of Sary cold cuts! Having as a valuable legacy the technical foundation of pasturma, The Sariboya family could only follow the "tradition" and establish itself in the field of meat production.
The family came to Greece in 1890, having in their luggage traditional recipes for pastourmades, soutzoukia, salami and many other Karamanlid and political recipes. From 1938 they settle in Drama where they start with their first workshop. Today, the fourth generation "reverently" continues the grandfather's vision, following and adapting his recipes and tips to today's requirements through their state-of-the-art facilities certified according to ISO and HACCP.
Ingredients:
Smoked over beechwood. Τurkey Fillet 82% (E.U.), water, starch, salt, sugars, arοmatic substances, stabilizer: carrageenan, emulsifier:di and polyphosphates, antiοxidant: sοdium ascοrbate, acidity regulatοr: sοdium citrate, preservative: sοdium nitrite. Μay cοntain traces οf sοy, lactose, mustard, celery and nuts. The product is consumed as it is. Consume within 7 days of opening.
