Ingredients
Concentrated soy protein, Onion, Water, Sunflower oil, Olive oil, Pea protein, Vegetable fibers, Vegetable protein, Colour: caramel and beetroot juice, Vitamin B12, vinegar, salt, lemon juice, Emulsifier: Methylcellulose, Xanthan gum, Parsley, Peppermint, Flavourings: Various spices and herbs, cumin, caraway, Yeast extract.
Allergens
Soy. May contain traces of sesame, celery.
Processing
Preparation of the mixture, formation of the product, deep freezing, packaging, storage, distribution.
Recommended use
Let the product thaw. Grill in preheated pan, plate or griller for 2 min per side, once you have oiled the surface. After the preparation, the kebab should remain juicy and reddish inside.
Frozen products do not refreeze after defrosting. After defrosting, the product must be stored in the fridge and to be consumed within the next 48 hours.
