Dough: wheat flour 38%, vegetable oils (palm oil, sunflower oil, cotton seed oil, rapeseed oil), sugar, egg yolk, rye flour 1.7%, barley flour 1.7%, glucose-fructose syrup, yeast, stabilizer (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), salt, oat flour 0.4%, acidity regulator (citric acid), vanillin, milk proteins, preservative (calcium propionate 0.1%). Apple and cinnamon filling 28%: chopped apples 40%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, gelling agents (pectin, locust bean gum), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring, cinnamon 0.5%, preservative (potassium sorbate 0.1%).
