Limoncello Aigaion 0.5L (21% Vol)
Lemons and lime zest oil give this famous creamy liqueur its sour, tangy flavor. It is considered a digestive drink and is usually offered after meals.
Our suggestion......add a couple of drops in crème patisserie for a divine lemon-pie.
Limoncello is a liqueur made from lemons For the production, the fragrances in the form of essential oils are extracted from the lemon peel with alcohol over a period of 3-4 weeks. At the end of the maceration, the flavoured alcohol is diluted with a heated water-sugar solution. After a maturing period of approx. 1 week, the liqueur is filtered and ready to drink. Limoncello is served chilled, primarily as a digestif. It is also used as an ingredient in cakes, ice cream and other desserts.
