"Alexakis" Pita Bread 17cm (Box of 10)
“ALEXAKIS” Since 1956
Suitable for both professional and domestic use, this is the pita bread preferred by most of people abroad.
It is available plain or oiled, and in a plain or oiled corn flour version!
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, water, fresh yeast, sugar, salt, wheat sourdough (water, wheat flour,
lactic acid, acidifier: acetic acid), sunflower oil, preservative: calcium propionate.

PREPARATION/ USE OF PRODUCT
- Oven: Preheat the oven to 175°C and bake for about 2-3 minutes
- Toaster: Preheat the toaster to medium heat and bake for 2 minutes
ALEXAKIS PITTA should not be overcooked, ideally spread with olive oil
and fry or grill for 1 minute
SPECIAL HANDLING
After opening, keep the product in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days
Do not re-freeze frozen product which has been defrosted
