Melomakarona are traditional Greek Christmas cookies which are flavoured with cinnamon, cloves, and orange. After baking, they are soaked in an aromatic honey syrup and topped with crushed walnuts.... Melomakarona are traditionally an oval shape, and some people stuff them with walnuts or dates and PRALINE!!!.

Ingredients

Wheat flour (contains gluten), sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower oil), glucose, orange juice 6% praline filling: (sugar, vegetable oil, lactose, 6% skimmed cocoapowder, whey  powder, 4% hazelnut paste, vegetable fat(fully hydrogenated rpalm oil,) emulsifier soy lecithin) 6% honey, 6% walnuts, wheat semolina, raising agents: diphospfates, sodium carbonate, preservative:potassium sorbate, cinnamon, cloves, citric acid, orange  flavouring.May contain trces of sesame seeds, nuts and eggs.
