This is our big gun! Our most popular pita bread has been served literally millions of times in souvlaki restaurants, canteens, catering businesses and fast food establishments. It is available plain or oiled, and in corn flour or whole wheat versions!

Wheat flour, water, fresh yeast, sugar, salt, wheat sourdough (water, wheat flour,
lactic acid, acidifier: acetic acid), sunflower oil, preservative: calcium propionate.

PREPARATION/ USE OF PRODUCT
- Oven: Preheat the oven to 175°C and bake for about 2-3 minutes
- Toaster: Preheat the toaster to medium heat and bake for 2 minutes
ALEXAKIS PITTA should not be overcooked, ideally spread with olive oil
and fry or grill for 1 minute
SPECIAL HANDLING
After opening, keep the product in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days
Do not re-freeze frozen product which has been defrosted
