Cooking Suggestion – Artichokes with Peas

Ingredients:

• 1 package AINOS Artichokes and Peas (1000 g)

• ½ cup olive oil

• 2 cups water

• Salt, pepper

Instructions:

1. Sauté the contents of the package in olive oil for about 5 minutes.

2. Add salt, pepper, and water (or vegetable broth if preferred).

3. Lower the heat and simmer gently for about 40 minutes until tender.

Enjoy warm as a light main course or side dish.

• At -18°C: Until expiry date

In the refrigerator:

• 24 hours
