Description
Our Cheese Croquettes feature a deliciously crispy, golden crust and a rich, creamy filling. They’re the perfect appetizer for any menu and a guaranteed favorite for both kids and adults.
INGREDIENTS:
Cheeses (semi-hard cheeses 30%, mozzarella 10%), water, milk, breadcrumbs (yeast, paprika powder, coloring agent: pepper extract, malted barley extract), dairy product with vegetable fats [pasteurized skimmed milk, palm oil, salt, microbial rennet, lactic acid culture, carotene (E160a), calcium chloride (E509)], wheat flour, mixture (albumin, whey, lactose, sodium caseinate, vegetable fats), dietary fiber, potato flakes (potato flakes, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), yeast extract, sunflower oil, salt, stabilizer: methylcellulose, flavorings, spices, sugar.

Cooking instructions:
The product is cooked without defrosting, as follows: Fry in preheated oil at 180°C for 4 minutes, in a deep fryer or in a pan with plenty of oil.
