Dough (60%)

Wheat flour (EU), water, vegetable oils (sunflower oil, olive pomace oil), extra virgin olive oil (1.6%), salt, dextrose.

Filling (40%)

Spinach (38%), onion, mizithra whey cheese (14%) (sheep’s & goat’s milk, whey, salt), vegetable oils (sunflower oil, olive pomace oil), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, sugar, rapeseed oil, yeast, sourdough, full-fat milk powder, salt, vinegar, ascorbic acid), pasteurized egg, leek, modified starch, feta cheese (1%), dill, white cheese (1%) (cow’s milk, microbial rennet, starter cultures, salt), salt, garlic powder.

Baking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 185°C (365°F).

  2. Remove rolls from the freezer—no defrosting needed.

  3. Place on a non-stick metal tray, leaving space between each piece.

  4. Bake for 30 ± 5 minutes.

  5. Adjust baking time/temperature according to your oven.

  6. Do not microwave.

  7. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.


Storage Instructions

  • Freezer (-18°C): Until best-before date

  • Freezer (-12°C): 1 month

  • Refrigerator (+4°C): 24 hours
