Olives Chalkidikis stuffed with garlic 250g
INGREDIENTS
Green olives and Garlic (86-89%), Water, Sea salt, Acidity regulator: Lactic
acid, Citric acid.
ALLERGENS
The product does not contain any allergen substances according to the EU
regulation Directive 2000/13/EC as amended, especially through EU directive
no. 2003/89, 2006/142 and EU directive 2007/68.
CONTENT APPEARANCE
Reasonable equally calibrated olives, with colour variation from green to green-
yellow, without blemishes. The olives are stuffed with a whole peeled garlic
clove. The brine is coloured light green-yellow by the substances of the olives
which are dissolved in it.
ORGANOLEPTICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Typical taste of salted green olives and garlic, with no bitterness, off flavours or
chemical taints. The aroma is typical of the variety and garlic, no off odours or
taints. The texture of the olives is firm without mushiness.
SHELF LIFE OF THE PRODUCT
2 years after the production date. The best before date is written on labels on
the package.

The product is ready for human consumption.

fragments from these olives. Unfortunately some pits may still be present in
the product. Please inspect the olives carefully before using them.
