The gentle Syrah variety is grown in selected vineyards on the slopes of Vermio giving a wine with a deep red colour, rich velvety taste and aromas that bring to mind forest fruits, peppers and other spices.

WINEMAKING
Classic method of red vinification with modern techniques that increase the dynamics of the variety. Fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks at 28 - 32 ° C. The extraction of the dye takes 5-7 days. Malolactic fermentation follows the completion of the alcoholic fermentation.
