As you might have noticed, most legumes are high in proteins, so we can’t miss to add lentils here. It would probably give your body around 20g of the essential nutrient. You’ll also get magnesium, potassium, iron, copper, manganese and folic acid. Isn’t this all we need?
Even if you don’t believe it, we’ve gotta say that broccoli is also a protein bomb.
