How to Make Hazelnut Macarons with Chocolate Crème like a Real Chef

Actually, those sweets are so popular nowadays that there are countless variations you can find on the internet. Today we have chosen to give you a very simple recipe for Hazelnut macarons with Chocolate crème. Let’s start with the products that you need for the macarons: 60gr egg whites at room temperature 15gr sugar 130gr powdered sugar 70gr hazelnut flour Food coloring by your choice And of course: Chocolate crème for conglutination! hazelnut macarons First of all, it’s important to say that the egg whites should be at room temperature. When you start cooking, beat them until fluffy, then gradually add the sugar and continue beating with the mixer until you have a thick crème. Don’t go too far with the beating, though! After that add the food coloring and stir for a while. The powdered sugar and the hazelnut flour should be sifted individually, then mixed together and added to the egg whites bit by bit. After stirring, in the end you should have a crème that looks like lava. On a baking sheet paper form identical, well-shaped circles using a decorating piping bag. Make sure that you leave space between the sweets! A good thing to do is to tap the baking dish from the bottom in order to make the unnecessary air go away. Then leave the macarons at room temperature for 30-60 min, after which you can bake them for 10-15 minutes in a preheat oven at 150°C. In the end, let the sweets cool down and carefully unstick them from the baking sheet paper. And here comes the best part – the conglutination!
