Having in mind the new
Coronavirus that spread throughout the world
in no time, there’s hardly anyone who wouldn’t agree that we’re not going to be the same after this crisis. Sadly, some things just don’t depend on us. However, there are (of course) specific actions we could make to avoid getting that or any other kind of infection.
Here’s our list of
4 ways, which might help prevent from catching virus infection:
- Eat more fruits and veggies
Who wouldn’t give such advice, after all?! We all know that both foods are full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. The truth is, we need these
more than ever now! That’s why you should include more fresh fruits and vegetables in your menu. By the way, this doesn’t apply only if you want to avoid the flu or any virus. You can count on this food any time of the year!
- Drink more!
Hydration of the body is
super important not only for the cold winter months, but also for the warm or even hot days. Do you remember our blog post about drinking tea in the summer and what it brings? Check it out
here! So, no matter if you prefer hot or colder drinks – just
hydrate yourself. This way you can detoxify your organism and end up feeling more energetic.
- Sleep well
As you probably know, sleep is able to stimulate our immune system to function normally. When you achieve this, we guarantee you already have a
‘strong barrier’ against the viruses. If you sleep for about 7-8 hours every night, then you’re probably lucky to have a healthy metabolism. If you find it difficult to fall asleep, though, make sure to drink a cup of hot tea before bed. Read

- Eat lots of onion and garlic
Onion and garlic cloves – these fellows are known as virus infections’ worst enemies! That’s probably because they are super strong and fight against the
‘uninvited guests’. Lots of people find these foods unpleasant, but
in the sake of health it’s all worth it!
