5 Alternative Uses of Coca-Cola – Part 2

Do you know who Muhtar Kent is and what’s his connection with everyone’s favorite drink? He is the chairman of The Coca-Cola Company and he once said: “Coca-Cola is the only business in the world where no matter which country or town or village you are in, if someone asks what do you do and you say you work for Coca-Cola, you never have to answer the question “What is that?”. We can’t argue about that, can we? That’s why we’re focusing on other stuff like the different ways you could use the beverage at home, for example. In case you don’t remember Part 1, check it out again here. So, here’s another 5 alternative uses of Coca-Cola:
  1. Eliminates bad smell
Have you ever been sprayed by a skunk? If no, then you’re a lucky one. The smell of this animal’s spray is so terrible that few can stay indifferent about it. Here’s the solution: in combination with a little soap and water, Coke can easily remove the horrible smell. Bonus: if you apply this mixture on your hair, it might even become softer.
  1. Unfreezes car windows
Having some trouble unfreezing the car windows in a cold winter day? That’s something we’ve all experienced and everybody knows how it feels. To solve this problem faster, pour a bottle of Coca-Cola over the frozen window. Wait for a few minutes and voila!
  1. Soothes upset stomach
We’re not saying that Coke can do miracles here, but what it can definitely do is make you feel better when you have a stomach ache. Many people say the drink can also be helpful when you’re feeling sick and/or when you have diarrhea. Cola for stomachache
  1. Gets the gum out of hair
“Is that possible?”, you may be thinking. Indeed it is! Soak the ‘gummy’ hair part in some Coca-Cola. You have to wait for a while for the drink to do its magic, though.
  1. Cleans the toilet
Oh, yes it does! Just pour Coke in the toilet before you get down to work. Wait for a little while and then you might notice how much easier the cleaning process is. Like a piece of cake!
