3 Easy Pasta Recipes that are Simply Delicious

When do you feel like the day is great? The answer is simple – pasta! To all pizza lovers, aren’t you pasta fans as well? No matter how it’s cooked, pasta always beats traditional salads. So bring some water to a boil and let’s get down to work!
  1. Pasta with crunchy crumbs and garlic
Ingredients: 400g pasta 90ml olive oil 8 anchovy fillets 3 slices whole wheat bread 3 garlic cloves Small pack parsley 1tsp hot pepper Salt, pepper Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile grind the bread in a blender and fry in 40ml olive oil until crunchy and golden. Salt and set aside. Chop the garlic, anchovy and parsley. Fry the cloves with the rest of olive oil and then add the fish. Cook for 1-2 min and add the spices. Mix with the drained pasta and season with salt and pepper. Cook for a couple of minutes and serve with the crunchy bread and fresh parsley. linguine
  1. Lazy pasta
Ingredients: 400g Linguine 400g cubed tomatoes 1 onion 3 garlic cloves ½ pack fresh basil 1l vegetable stock 3tbsp olive oil 1tsp dried oregano Cheese Salt, pepper Cut the onion in slices and chop the basil and garlic. Cook the linguine in a deep pot with all other products except for the cheese. 10-12 minutes after it’s come to the boil, the dish should be ready. Sprinkle with olive oil and grated cheese and serve while hot. Greek pasta

Ingredients: 500g spaghetti 150g olives “Kalamon” 60ml olive oil 800g cubed tomatoes 6 garlic cloves 6 anchovy fillets 4 hot peppers (fresh or dried) Capers Basil 1tsp dried oregano 1 pinch sugar Salt, pepper Boil the pasta to ‘al dente’. Cut the garlic and anchovy and fry in half of the oil. Add the chopped chili, tomatoes, olives, capers and season with the spices. Cook the sauce for 5-10 min at medium heat. Then add the spaghetti, put salt and pepper and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve with fresh basil and olive oil drops on top!
