- Marination

more tender and flavorful. So, you’ll definitely benefit, if you soak it for a couple of hours. For pork and veal you can you use dark lager beer, while for chicken we suggest you try with ale.
- Breading
If you’re a fan of
crispy food, then you have to try adding some beer to your breading mix. You’ll be surprised how aromatic, airy and at the same time crunchy the crust can be!
- Baking
Classics! The only thing you might not know here is that your oven should be at low temperature (~170°C). That’s because the high degrees may burn the natural sugars that beer contains.
- Dough
Yes, guys, you read it right! You can easily knead with beer and in the end you’ll have a fluffy and solid bread. Why fluffy - because of the yeast in the drink. And why solid - thanks to the hops content.
- Boiling
In some countries people respect boiling with beer even more than doing it with water. There are some ham sorts that turn into an amazing appetizer when boiled in the amber drink.
There are hundreds of applications of one product, so when you have something by hand, always think of interesting and alternative ways to use it!
