  1. Chicken with goat cheese vinaigrette
Sounds like a very special meal, doesn’t it? However non-standard it may seem to you, we bet it won’t take you long to prepare it. All you’ll need is: 4x chicken breasts ¼ red paprika 100g goat cheese 1/3 cup olive oil Parsley Salt, black pepper Couscous chicken breasts with vinaigrette Use a bowl to mix the olive oil together with parsley (or any other herbs you have at hand and think would fit) and the sliced paprika. Crumble the goat cheese and stir everything very well. That’s your vinaigrette sauce. Easy-peasy! Then sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken breasts and season. Fry in olive oil for 2-3 min on each side. Meanwhile, boil the couscous as a garnish. Plate with the chicken breasts on the bottom, the vinaigrette on top and some couscous over the sides. Bon appetite!
