And by ‘little treats’ we mean lots of chocolate, biscuits, big balls of ice cream and a handful of candies! How about we let go the reins for just a moment today and try some of our irresistible yoghurt recipes? Trust us, you won’t regret any of these!
  1. Yoghurt cheesecake
Products: 200ml confectionery cream 400g yoghurt 150g sugar 1 package of gelatin 1x pack of biscuits (by choice) 200g butter yoghurt cheesecake This one is super easy, we promise! Stir the yoghurt with the cream and the sugar. Make sure you form a homogenous mixture. Meanwhile, let the gelatin stay in some water in order for it to rise and then add to the cream mixture. Crush the biscuits, mix with butter and spread over a loose-bottomed tin with baking parchment. Then pour the yoghurt-cream mixture on top and let it stay in the fridge for a couple of hours. Garnish by your preferences.
  1. Yoghurt & cocoa fudge
Products: 2 cups of flour 1 cup of sugar 4tbsp cocoa powder 1 cup of yoghurt 1tsp baking soda ½ olive oil 1x vanilla For the syrup: Lemon essence 1 ½ cup of bottled fruits, stewed ½ cup of sugar Chocolate spread yoghurt fudge Mix the flour, sugar and cocoa powder until well combined. Then add yoghurt and soda. In the end – the oil and vanilla. Stir homogenously. Pour the mixture into a baking tin, covered with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180C° and cook for 40-45 min. After the dessert rises, pour the hot syrup on top. To make the syrup you should boil the compote (stewed fruits) together with the other products except for the chocolate. In the end set the dessert aside so it can absorb all the syrup’s sweetness. Then melt the choco spread using a water bath and pour on top.
