Wait for at least 40 minutes and then have a fruit salad. You could always mix some yoghurt with an apple, a pear and an orange. Yummy! For lunch and dinner: make yourself a veggie salad (no potatoes!) and season with lemon juice or – even better – with olive oil. By the way, during the day drink at least 1l of buttermilk. 2nd week: Same menu.
