Tasty shrimp pasta Products: ½ package of pasta 1tbsp EVOO 1kg shrimps, peeled 2 cups broccoli and spinach, frozen 1/3 cup white wine 1x lemon 1tbsp salt ½ tsp black pepper ¼ cup basil pesto ½ cup cheese, grated shrimp pasta First of all, boil the pasta by following the instructions on the package. While it’s cooking, heat the olive oil at medium temperature. Add the shrimps and fry for about 2 minutes. Then flip and cook for 2 more minutes. After that, add the veggies and the wine into the cooking pot. Grate some lemon zest directly over the products. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes or until the products are ready. Strain the pasta and add it to the shrimps and the vegetables.
